This is just a short note to let you know that the ‘Design Thinking Institute (DTI)’ (http://www.designthinkinginstitute.com) we’ve discussed about on this site a while ago now has its own ‘face’ and ‘space’ on the web! (my specials thanks go to my wife Astrid for supporting me to develop the brand new logo :-).
My initial idea has been to keep it aside for a while until more content has been added, but Hans Henrik from CPH127.com has ‘uncovered’ it the very moment I’ve launched the site last Tuesday ;-) So far I’ve received some very kind and encouraging comments. Thank you for this!
I’ve written a longer posting on the DTI site about the purpose and mission of the ‘Institute’ and you might be interested reading it; at least it should give you an outline of my main ideas. Without saying too much here: It’s a place for your/our ideas!
While I’ve made the trade-off (see my previous posting) with this site Vol. 2: design-management.de by positioning it as the place to share my ideas and those of some guest bloggers, the ‘Design thinking Institute’ is a place where you can join the Institute by sharing your ideas, links, opinions.
You can join the ‘Institute’ by sending me an Email with a short note on how you might want to contribute. Accordingly I will be happy to grant you access to the blog which will enable you to post your own views and links and share it with others. So far this is my vision on how it might work, but I’m also realistic enough to keep in mind that you, the bright minds out there have plenty of other stuff to ‘think’ about as well. There is no further obligation and while being in the phase of ‘Collecting’ I’m happy for any support which you might want to invest!
