					<description>Hi Ralf,

Thanks for the write-up and kind words! The greatest part of this whole process of staring ThePreparedMind.com and the ensuing podcasts has been the many like-minded people I have come across, like yourself, Niti Bhan, Steve Portigal, GK VanPatter, etc.

I had previously always felt like the crazy guy standing on the soap box in the middle of town square where everyone tried desperately to pretend he didn't exist, even though he was screaming at the top of his voice! LOL!

Since starting my blog, I have come across a wide network of like-minded people who are passionate about design, design thinking, design management and the impact it can have on business.

We have such a great opportunity here to address these issues outside of the mainstream design journalism media, which tends to sadly be stuck in the design past and not helping to lead the design future.

One suggestion: we need more design-oriented podcasts! This is an even greater opportunity to spread these ideas because -- let's face it -- people don't read! LOL!

But keep up the great work, Ralf and I look forward to reading your thoughts!
